These people were awesome. I ordered online and they were the second place I ordered from because the first one cancel my order for no reason. Well they were out of one item at Carter's so they called me and I kind of express my frustration with my day. I was really disappointed and won't be returning. After placing my order tonight, the young lady confirmed it back to me correctly. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, large onion rings, a Carter burger, and fries. It took a little while for my order to be prepared, which was fine. I had eaten here many times before about 5 years ago and it had always been delicious. Moved away, came back. Ordered take out today and it was very disappointing. Burgers were very thin and way over-cooked. Definitely was not as delicious as I once knewthem to be. :
