We were really looking forward to the service, but we just can't understand why the food is never served hot. It's always lukewarm or cold. We prefer our meals to be hot so we can truly enjoy them. The prices are disappointing. I ordered the chicken meal, which came with two small wings and a small chicken leg. My mother found a hair in her coleslaw. I understand that accidents can happen, but the chicken was sweet, dry, and tough. It didn't taste like real chicken meat, and both my mother and I felt sick shortly after eating. I won't be returning, and for anyone considering it, the prices are definitely not justified for what you receive.
