However, his wife has taken charg... read more This dive bar and grill is fairly good. When I went there, it was a bit run-down because the owner was having health problems. However, his wife has taken charge and is working on making improvements. Like many small-town bars, they serve cold beer at reasonable prices. They frequently host live country and southern rock performances. The bartender and the regulars were friendly and eager to chat with us about the place. Even though it could use some upgrades, it was a nice spot to relax and hang out for a while.
