To access their menu online, you have to register, which results in receiving numerous texts and emails, and you still can’t download the menu. Using these restaurant apps online also raises concerns about potential hacking and fraud.

The car... read more This Panera Bread was by far the dirtiest I’ve ever visited. The trash bins were overflowing, the tables were all dirty, and the fabric seats were torn. The carpet was sticky and littered with food and paper scraps. When I mentioned it to the staff behind the counter, their only response was “okay.” The place was likely understaffed, but it wasn’t even busy.

The staff is always friendly, and it's clear that the employees are dedicated and hardworking.

I'm quite disappointed because I would have adjusted my lunch break at work if I had known they wouldn't be open when I arrived. Now it seems I won't be having dinner this evening.
