I ordered takeout and was on my way to pick it up when I received a notification that my order had been canceled. I was already halfway to the restaurant, and there was no explanation given—nothing at all. Well, I decided to go to Pulchianella's for dinner instead, as Cibo has lost my trust and any future business.

"I have a suggestion for you: when I want to dine at a place with close friends, I make sure to do my research first. If I can't access the online menu or read reviews beforehand, I won't be willing to wait until 4 PM when you open. Many people may be indifferent about what they eat, but the quality of ingredients and daily consistency are crucial for a successful business. I recommend having your web developer look into improving this. Thank you!"

This was my first time dining at Cibo, and I was very happy with the service. I chose to eat outdoors. I ordered the salmon entree, and it was clear that the chef took great care in presenting this beautifully plated dish. It was truly exquisite, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Well done! I would appreciate a more extensive wine menu, but aside from that, I will definitely be back.

We started with nachos as an appetizer, but my boyfriend discovered a piece of plastic on his before he could take a bite—thankfully, he noticed it just in time. For our main courses, I ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp, while he opted for a grilled chicken sandwich. Instead of shrimp, I was served chicken, and his sandwich was missing the chipotle aioli that was supposed to be included. Additionally, we had to wait an eternity for our check. We eventually had to go inside to ask for it, and even then, it took forever to bring it out. Overall, I won’t be returning. The menu was very average and simply not worth the hassle.
