Well, I decided to go to Pulchianella's for dinner instead, as Cibo has lost my trust and any future business.

I ordered the salmon entree, and it was clear that the chef took great care in presenting this beautifully plated dish. It was truly exquisite, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Well done! I would appreciate a more extensive wine menu, but aside from that, I will definitely be back.

For our main courses, I ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp, while he opted for a grilled chicken sandwich. Instead of shrimp, I was served chicken, and his sandwich was missing the chipotle aioli that was supposed to be included. Additionally, we had to wait an eternity for our check. We eventually had to go inside to ask for it, and even then, it took forever to bring it out. Overall, I won’t be returning. The menu was very average and simply not worth the hassle.
