Everything was delicious, many appetizers one more good than the other accompanied by the fresh and crispy bread. First delicious and a braised with potatoes that cannot be explained in words!The portions are rich! a word also deserves the oil that is used so intense in the taste and color that you think has been squeezed very little. Congratulations to all the boys in the room, kind, helpful and always smiling! Very kind owner. What to say, when your work is done with passion you see. We will return to this magical place at the foot of the etna!

The location is also beautiful with views of Etna and a large swimming pool. Unfortunately, sore note, food. Inhabited to attend farm at km zero and organic cuisine, as well as passionate cuisine made in home, I suggest to review the dishes of the day. The pistachio paints were perfectly prepared but the pasta with sausage and bechamel was barely eatable, tasteless and nauseating because too full of oil. The appetizers at the dish were cold (just cold! , peppers and caponata to improve, good fried cheeses. For dessert is proposed a sevenfold to the pistachio. Unfortunately, what arrives at the table is a semi-cold at the pistachio. It doesn't take a multi-star pastry to understand the difference...
