Was Dan Drago at Danubius a mag?
I visited this restaurant for the first time, and as a Romanian-American, I can confidently recommend it. The food was absolutely delicious. They offer an authentic Romanian menu, featuring items like eggplant salad and fish roe dip, along with a great selection of soups, including beef vegetable and tripe. The entrees were fantastic as well, especially the pork schnitzel and pork butt steak. Everything was so tasty,... View all feedback.

What Dan Drago dislikes about Danubius:
The food was enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. There was only one other table occupied, so there's really no excuse for the poor service. I also had to deal with at least two flies buzzing around my table and landing on my food and drink. I doubt I'll return. View all feedback.

Took my dad here on Father’s Day. The food was ok, definitely not worth a return trip for me and the service was not good. Our waiter was grumpy and not friendly at all and just seemed miserable to be there. He was borderline rude. They didn’t have any Romanian beers, or wine by the glass. The meatball soup I had was just ok, I’ve had better. The grilled chicken was overly peppery and not salty enough and the accompanying fries were not particularly good either. My daughter had the polenta dish which was pretty delicious but it’s hard to mess up polenta. My dad tried the Ciolan cu fasole (pork ham bone with beans) and it was good. The service and overall atmosphere kinda ruined this dining experience for us and I would not return. I asked for to go boxes because I don’t like to be wasteful and our waiter didn’t even bother to bring me a bag to carry them in. Street parking can be hit or miss in the area.
