I had the field wrap at old tree and can not articulate how surprised I was at the taste! the sprinkled humous was so fresh and aromatic it was my taste buds pop, I can't remember what was still in it, but it was all so fresh, definately has some beautiful salsa and fresh spices also in a delicious bookwheat pack! also came with some homemade sour wort that was delicious! I pampered a water kefir to wash it and it was so sweet and so sweet there is no place in brighton like old tree

This restaurant is amazing! The food is delicious, the staff are friendly and efficient, and there is a great sense of humor and fun ambiance. I even met someone special at their festival event. I highly recommend this place in every way!

This is hands down the best kombucha I have ever had, made by the amazing folks right in the heart of Brighton. What more could you ask for? Some of the most delicious beverages I have ever tasted come from their small but incredibly efficient brewery!

I had the FIELD Wrap at Old Tree and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it tasted! The sprouted hummus was fresh and flavorful, making my taste buds come alive. I can't quite remember all the ingredients, but everything was incredibly fresh. The wrap also had a delicious salsa and fresh sprouts inside a tasty buckwheat wrap. Additionally, it came with homemade sauerkraut which added a nice touch. I also ordered a Water Kefir to drink, which was sweet, refreshing, and had a probiotic kick - I love fermented drinks!
