Noblebrau Brewing - BREVARD
Noblebrau Brewing
Description
Tucked into a mountain college town, this quirky dive-bar-meets-beer-hall shines with excellent German-style brews, standout pretzels, fried comforts and vegetarian options. Order at the counter, relax indoors by the pool table or on a lively gravel patio for occasional live music (note: table fees apply only for some shows). Friendly, quick staff create a local-regular vibe; burgers, chicken tenders and sweet potato fries are crowd-pleasers though burgers can be slightly overcooked and prices sit around $15–$17.

Great atmosphere, definitely different in a cool way. Limited selection of draft brews. The Bavarian pretzel was really good. Enjoy it overall.
The German beers here are fantastic. The venue has a quirky vibe, which is exactly what I was looking for in a mountain college town. However, the burgers were a bit overcooked and might be slightly overpriced, ranging from $15 to $17.
This place is just freaking amazing! The ambiance/environment is incredible! On the inside it has the best dive bar vibes; order up front, walk in to a cozy seating space with a pool table. On the outside, it's a big gravel venue for live music, lots of patio tables, and big hippie vibes. The beer and food are both outstanding. Quenchable German style brews and fried food done the best. Literally the best chicken tenders and fries I've ever had and the BBQ sauce was dynamite! Highly recommend!
If every town had a place like this the world would be a better place. Can't tell if the food or music is better, hard decision to make.
We visited on a weekday around 4 PM, and it was quite calm until after 5:30 when more guests began to arrive consistently. You place your order at the counter for both food and drinks. The sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious! The staff at the counter were quick and very helpful.
