Papa John's - Brent

I placed an order at this restaurant and it took 2 hours for it to arrive. I called multiple times to inquire about the status of my order, but was either given misinformation or hung up on. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I have always enjoyed their pizzas in the past, but after this experience, I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a pizza from Papa John's at 7pm and waited 2 hours and 30 minutes to receive it. Unfortunately, the first order was delivered to the wrong house and the staff refused to admit their mistake. The person I spoke to on the phone argued that the driver had delivered to the correct address. I was shocked when he even suggested delivering the pizza the next day! After multiple phone calls, I finally received my order but was disappointed that no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. This will be my last time ordering from Papa John's Wembley.

This terrible restaurant lacks any quality when it comes to making pizza. The pizzas taste like old, flavorless cardboard and are completely inedible. My advice is to find a different pizza place unless you need something to feed a stray dog. This place should definitely close its doors for good.

Pizza for dinner. Driver came and left. Pizza became cold, send me the same pizza again. Was not eatable.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and sides for myself and family pizza came an hour and a half later and ice cold and tasteless terrible service and food Will definitely not order from them again, When I called back at 5 to 11 they said that the pizza will be with me in two minutes which wasn’t true I called back at 11:05 and no one was picking up the phone as they was closed the pizza came 40 minutes after totalling 1hour and 30mins wait unacceptable 0 stars Big up dominoes
