If you're considering ordering boba drinks online, I recommend going in person instead. When we arrived to pick up our order, they informed us that they didn't have genmaicha and suggested that we must have been looking at another restaurant's website (we were actually on theirs). Additionally, they only had four of the boba and jelly options that were listed on their ordering site and menu. That said, the boba teas we ended up getting were good. However, it seems that options like grass jelly or basil seeds aren't available after all.
The atmosphere and service at this restaurant are excellent. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea, but it tasted a bit watered down. Unfortunately, they were out of tapioca (boba), so they substituted it with popping boba. However, I wasn't given a choice of flavors, and I ended up with grape-flavored popping boba.
So friendly, and polite. I recently moved here, and today was my second time going to Fortune Tea. The same woman took care of me each time. Today, she remembered what my husband had ordered (which was great, because he wasn't with me). Fantastic service, I plan to go for lunch or dinner soon.
I paid $5.25 for a cup of ice. The coffee is definitely less than 3oz….this is the worst coffee I’ve ever had, so as well the worst customer service.
The food and drinks were excellent, and the service was also very良好!
