Great food, brilliant variety and good wine all at an economic price. Visit you will enjoy.

We had a wonde... read more I had a very nice dinner with my friends. The restaurant is a bit old-fashioned, but the staff is very friendly and explains in details the menu. We had a wonderful and rich appetizer with Masa , and after that very tasty Kuskus, Malube Mlukieh and Kabab Mischwie. The price is also good. It is worth to come back again

We stated that we h... read more Went here as recommended by TripAdvisor arriving at about 6:45pm. Although we got a free drink of tea, it took 20 minutes to take our order. We stated that we had to leave the restaurant by 8:15pm due to us catching a flight and asked if we had time to have both starter and main course. We were told yes and placed our order. Our starter (a prepared cold mezze which only needed serving arrived 15 minutes later which was tasty and had lots of variety. Each dish was tasty and different from some of the usual mezze dishes. We then waited nearly one hour without being offered another drink or having the table cleared from the starter. At 8:20 we asked the waiter where our food was and told it would be at least another 10 minutes. When we explained we had to go because of our flight, we were told that we should have never ordered a starter (even though we had asked this question before ordering! Therefore, we left hungry and frustrated! Quite simply, a restaurant should NEVER promise something it can't be sure it can deliver! The food we did see on other people's tables looked tasty and smelt good but we never got to experience it ourselves...

Service can be slow, so make sure you have plenty of time to wait for the food, especially if dining with a large group. I would also recommend to book a table and arrive early.
