In my 3... read more In 2018, I passed through Brawley on a trip from my hometown of Oakland to the Grand Canyon, taking a route through the Imperial Valley on the way back. In my 33 years of life and travels around the world, I have to say that this little donut shop serves the best stuffed croissant I have ever had! I took my first bite in the parking lot and was absolutely blown away. It was so delicious that I had to go back inside and get two more to take with me! Both the classic and jalapeño varieties are incredible. Recently, I took a trip to Joshua Tree and made sure to find a reason to swing by Brawley again just to enjoy those croissants. They did not disappoint! Plus, the enormous cups are perfect for road trips. This recipe truly deserves to be passed down to future generations.
