Checked Trip Advisor add found BrisKitFresh cut fries with creamy brown gravy covered with Slow Roasted Brisket. Not traditional but it is my new tradition. Already trying to make time in schedule tomorrow to go back once more before heading back to the States.

The owners of this place are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company!

Being from Montreal and also the owner of several smokers they knew I'd be highly critical. Especially as several individuals have made similar claims to me since moving here a couple of years ago. Even Toronto restaurants seen on shows like "You gotta eat here" and "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" have failed to tickle my tastebuds. Well... Today we have a winner! I ordered the BriSkit Philly Melt. A nice portion of meat lightly sauced with an even layer mozzarella cheese covered in mushrooms, peppers and caramelized onions nested in a fresh Kaiser bun. Made it a combo so I could have a healthy portion of fresh cut fries and added a side of gravy. You definitely want to try their gravy. Full of flavour. Fries and gravy level 100.Usually when I go to a restaurant I go for 1 thing. Their menu left me wanting to try more. The staff were friendly and inviting. The restaurant is quite small but clean and bright. To quote Ted Reader .. #itbetastyI'll be back... and soon!
