I had to go up to the counter to ask if my food was ready because it was taking forever to be given... read more I ordered around 12:05 and was waiting for my food to come. I had to go up to the counter to ask if my food was ready because it was taking forever to be given out to me and by this point I was hungry and willing to go and ask for a refund. I then had to wait a further 10 minutes and when I finally got my food and sat down the burger wasn’t nice and the fries were too salty. The only thing that was good from my order was the cheese bites. My friend ordered her food a bit before I did and asked for no sauce or salad on her burger they ended up giving her no sauce but the burger still had salad on it, she took it back and then didn’t get her burger for at least another 10 minutes. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had, and a waste of £13.58

Just ordered from here at 12:05 for delivery. 2 hours later it still said preparing, went past 2:15 when it said it was being delivered and said ‘may be arrivin... read more Just ordered from here at 12:05 for delivery. 2 hours later it still said preparing, went past 2:15 when it said it was being delivered and said ‘may be arriving soon’. We have ordered from here before and always expect it to be around an hour but 2 hours and 40 minutes is completely unacceptable. Won’t be ordering from here again, the bread was stale too.
