The garlic... read more Robintinos has changed over time. Some for the better, some for the worse. We loved the breadsticks that come with your meal as kind of an appetizer. The garlic bread came and was over baked and extremely dry. I got the broccoli cheddar soup which was really good but we’re served with stale and expired oyster crackers. I discovered they were expired after I put them in my soup. I also got a side salad which was good. Some of the things that were not good were that my sons meals came out about 15 minutes prior to anyone else’s then we had to try to entertain him while everyone else received their food and he had long been finished. My brother in law ordered a cenetta that came long after anyone else’s meal. Everyone had finished and we were asking for the check and we were thinking the pizza was completely forgotten. When the pizza came it was burnt on the bottom. We haven’t been here in a long time because their food is inconsistent and not great. I don’t think we’ll be rushing back.

And the atmosphere is so cute, there are stained glass seat backs for some of the benches and they are adorable!

Unfortunately, she got everyone’s orders wrong, including mine. I received the wrong dish and wasn't provided with silverware. A neighboring table kindly offered me some of theirs since they still hadn't received their food, despite ordering before I did. When my husband requested a knife, the waitress denied him. I also never received a refill on my drink. Overall, the service was terrible, even considering it was her first night. Although she had a helper, there was no intervention to address the ongoing issues. To top it off, the food was disappointing. This was our first and last visit. The only positive aspect was the company of our fellow patrons, with whom we could laugh and share our frustrations about the situation.

We were seated right away, and the service was quick and always friendly. The food was amazing! The Cenetta offers a variety of excellent options, and the salad was particularly impressive. The Cenetta comes with a personal pizza, garlic bread, and your choice of pasta or salad. There's plenty more on the menu as well. They also have a banquet room available for work events, family gatherings, and special occasions. I highly recommend trying Robintino's; I'm sure you'll enjoy the food, the service, and the overall experience!

I ordered the Lusciou... read more My girlfriend asked for water without ice, which seemed like a simple request, but when our drinks arrived, her water was filled with ice. I ordered the Luscious Lasagna, while my girlfriend opted for the Lite Lasagna. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement; we were met with nothing more than bowls of melted, greasy cheese. My lasagna was so overpoweringly garlicky that it was nearly inedible. Our server only checked on us once throughout the meal, while several other servers passed by without acknowledging us. After we finished our meal, we had to wait a considerable amount of time for our bill. The combination of poor service and mediocre food made for a disappointing experience that did not warrant the price we paid. It’s safe to say we won’t be coming back to this restaurant.
