But now I believe Jilted Anchovy is the best. Well baked and perfect base, proper toppings and spices and sauces make the food heavenly!! Surely, a new eating out place for my family!! The food is prepared weeks in advance, like the lamb for the lamb scaper, and the ingredients aren’t fresh—some are even spoiled but still used. The dough is made days ahead and kept for use throughout the week, so it’s definitely not fresh. Furthermore, the manager, who is Muslim, washes his feet in the same sink used for cleaning utensils, which is very concerning from a hygiene perspective. I never ate there because I knew what was going on behind the scenes. Do with this information what you will, but I find it appalling.
