Cashier was really nice. But I asked for no mayonnaise 4 times. Drove 10 minutes back home only to find...you guessed it, MAYONNAISE ???
Cashier was Stephanie we ordered 1 blt chicken 1 blt cheeseburger frisco meals. We made it home to Tazewell to eat and we ended up with 2 cheeseburgers. So I called girl knew immediately who I was and what happened said sorry wrote our name down, said we could come get a refund or the chicken frisco that we wanted. Showed up the next day to be told I was a liar and we got what we ordered. So tell them whatever just let me order 2 chicken frisco sandwiches and it was still a problem. We didn’t mind waiting the first time even though we were the only ones in line and was pulled to the front of the store, but waiting for the wrong food then to be called a liar on top of it all is awful customer service!
The burger was good, but I was served cold fries and had to ask for hot ones.
A great fast food restaurant.
Will NEVER go back there again. The place smelled like raw sewage soon as I walked in and I lost my appetite, I just left and went somewhere else.
