The prices are just too high. We enjoyed taking the family and letting everyone pick their own toppings, but at $43 for four of us, we won't be coming back.
I was surprised to find that my kids' cups increased from about 5 to 10 each. It's a bit outrageous to pay $10 per person for self-serve yogurt.
I wish I could give this place zero stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. The toppings used to be my favorite part of Orange Leaf, as they allowed you to choose four for free. However, they've now decided to charge by weight, which was a surprising change. On top of that, they were "out of stock" on medium cups for six months! It seems like Orange Leaf is now under poor management, and I can no longer bring myself to eat here.
The yogurt at Orange Leaf is subpar, and the inflated prices make for a disappointing experience. It used to be an enjoyable place to visit, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
My experience was pleasant initially, but things changed when they switched to a weight-based pricing system. What used to be a large portion now costs the same as what I used to pay for a small. Orange Leaf used to be a good choice in terms of pricing, but with the recent price increases and the yogurt quality being below that of their competitors, I don’t plan to return. There’s rarely any new flavors; in the past six months, only three have been introduced and subsequently removed. Given the 50% markup, I expected more variety and better quality.
