On Sunday, the 12th juni 2022, my family held a getaway post wedding brunch for my niece, their new man, his family and our family in the cozy table restaurant... read more On Sunday, the 12th juni 2022, my family held a getaway post wedding brunch for my niece, their new man, his family and our family in the cozy table restaurant after they get the screw job in the graduate hotel in bloomington indiana. that was a blessing in the cladding. we should originally have the brunch in the graduate hotel, but they sold the room for another event and never had the chance to call back and explain the situation even after they had left behind for a call that had never happened. so we were without venue and I called other places other restaurants while I try to make accommodation in chicago to have the brunch. at or around the 10th mai I looked at the possible restaurant spots in bloomington and came over the cozy table restaurant. at the time the restaurant had a 4.3/5 star rating and had nothing but positive comments about food service. I called the Cozy table and asked the person who answered the phone whether they could take a party for about 26 guests on the 12th Sunday. the person who answered the phone was the owner of the restaurant ms. kelly. frau kelly was very nice, very courteous and said she could welcome our party. I asked if she needed a credit card for a deposit and she said it was not necessary. Friday, 10th juni, I called the restaurant again to confirm our reservation, frau kelly assured me that we were all ready to go. on Sunday, the 12th. we have appeared at 9:30. the parking lot was full and the restaurant was filled with regular parasols. my family that I wait outside the cozy table, there are 3 parties before us, there are also patrons waiting to pay. when we put to the front of the line that also the host stand cash register station, woman kelly put to me the standard question, how many in their party I look at them and say 30. she realizes I'm the one who called the reservation. it leads us to a part of the restaurant where several tables are already joined together on our arrival. Woman kelly leads us to woman elanor. frau elanor will support us in our brunch by taking the food drink requests. Woman elanor is also very sweet, pleasant, lovable and so welcoming. while I wait for our other guests to come, my family I am pleased with this, with two of the cozy table regularly a man his beautiful woman, both ended her breakfast. both were so warm and friendly and had wonderful things about the restaurant and the staff to say I had hours of talks with this couple who were so very nice. finally our party appears, everyone is still a glow from the high time of the last night. food drinks requests are taken, talks around the table are easy jovial with many reminders about various aspects of yesterday's events that comes food drink in very timely manner, I must add. all additional applications have been met immediately. both ms. kelly ms. elanor consistently checked for the tables to ensure that all needs were met. it really felt as if they were home to be well cared for you. After all, everyone had his share of large dips, so it meant we had to go. others were looking forward to the room we occupy. after the departure I could not thank frau kelly enough to welcome us to her restaurant. both her wife elanor were just so warm and friendly and great to work with. I was sad to leave her. the kitchen staff also deserves to mention because they do their work well, put out a good product in time. if they ever find themselves in bloomington indiana and wish a good homemade breakfast restaurant, they would not be disappointed with the cozy table restaurant. and if they were any type of brunch in a warm welcoming atmosphere, this is a great place that does not break their

The food features classic... read more The perfect spot for a meal after Sunday church. Despite being in a busy area, the staff here really makes you feel warm and welcome. The food features classic diner favorites for breakfast and lunch, all at reasonable prices for Indiana, and especially affordable for Bloomington. My family and I often choose to come here when we can't decide where else to eat, as it's a reliable and satisfying option for everyone.

Cons: I have a dietary restriction and requested no oils be used on my food and they seemed confused and when my food came it was made with oils and the waitress didn’t follow up. BUT if that doesn’t bother you it’s a wonderful kind place to eat.
