Casey's
Description
Located conveniently off Airport Road, Casey’s is known for its enticing selection of breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and energizing snacks. While many visitors enjoy the tasty breakfast pizza and the accommodating staff, consistent product availability remains a significant concern. Frequent customers express frustration over the infrequency of freshly prepared food, often finding empty displays during peak hours. Although the staff strives to offer friendly service, the need for better management and operational efficiency is evident. If you seek a quick meal on the run, Casey’s may satisfy your cravings, but be prepared for potential disappointments along the way.

I ordered a pizza this morning, but when I arrived an hour later, they were overwhelmed. It's been a busy week for the boss, and they had a lot of orders to fulfill. Despite the delay, they gave me my pizza for free as a gesture of apology for the wait. The staff at this restaurant is always kind and accommodating. I just wanted to express my gratitude to everyone.
Changed to 1 star. Used to be an every day regular years ago. I see service is still terrible. Dedided to come in and get gas, a pizza and 5 drinks. Older lady was rude. And paused hoping she’d bag everything without asking. Sadly nope. had to ask her if I can get a bag. And no response. Just rudely sighed and did it. Safe to say will continue not supporting them.
Come here regularly at least two time per week due to work. There is barely ever any hot food available and if there is it looks like it has been sitting there for a while. Usually three to five people in the back hanging out and goofing off. One cashier trying their best to ring people out or the cashier had an earbud in and talking on the phone with personal call, very unprofessional m, gave this place a few months before came to this review.
Very rarely do they have breakfast pizza ready, and when there is, it's either two hours old or at the end of the day. Asked manager and she stated they always do. Despite the display case being empty at that time. Seems that staff doesn't have the most experience or motivation to do well. My coworkers and I go there almost every day and lately we've been cutting back due to the lack of fresh food. As of this posting they had no fresh pizza and nobody making it at that time.
