I had my first visit to this beautiful location and it was fantastic! The pizza I had was the best I've had in years. After some disappointing experiences at other places, you guys are really doing an excellent job. The customer service during my pizza pickup was outstanding. An hour and ten minutes later, our food finally arrived. My husband opened his sandwich, which he had ordered with extra meat, but was disappointed to find only one piece of meat, one green pepper, and nothing else. This was supposed to be a Philly cheesesteak! Fortunately, the driver was still in the driveway, but overall, I think I’m going to take a break from Domino’s for a while. View all feedback.
Chicken wings taste and smell like rotten vinegar. I also ordered 2 pizzas. pizza was for the children, and the wings were for me. I cried and asked them to restore my wings and send them out again. a simple task that I assumed. but only if an additional delivery fee would be paid, they would be willing to try again to make food. the customer service goes down the cripple and large chains like dominos do not seem to appreciate the individual consumers of their products.
My daughter ordered pizza for her swimming team. Told her 10 minutes. I went to pick it up 10 minutes later. They said 10 minutes. No sorry, nothing. They haven't even put it in the oven!! I waited 15 more minutes. It just cheese, and pepperoni pizzas.
Yall need to train your employees better. Every time I order some pasta it takes an hour and it's always burnt. Disappointed. Sucks cause I work right next door and hesitant to order every time. Do better. I try to be nice and your employees don't know customer service at all. Especially the young girl with glasses, short brown hair. Teach her some manners ?
This isn’t my first issue with this location, but i have to finally write a review.Placed an order on the app at 3:20. Said it would be ready 3:30-3:40. We have been in the drive through from 3:35 until now (4:00PM). Nobody checked on us or answered the ring doorbell that have plastered to the wall. There are now 3 cars behind me and I’ve just been told they’re putting it in the oven.Pretty disappointing. There are 2 employees in the lobby and another in the parking lot. I usually don't leave any negative reviews, but this domino has disappointed me. I ordered my pizza a little before 4 on a Wednesday thought it wasn't too busy. my pizza took an unusually long time to arrive, so I decided to call the load to ensure that they get my order. Unfortunately, their number was no longer to serve. when my pizza finally arrived, they knocked on the door after I had chosen that I wanted a contactless delivery. the pizza was not completely cut, which was not a big thing, but still frustrating. my garlic sauce had a point in the top and over everything. my Marinara sauce was missing. if that was a one-time experience, I would just stand over it. stuff happens, I get it. but that's the third time I had a bad experience here. Last time they delivered the wrong house. the time before the pizzas were very burned and dry. I think it's time for me to find a new pizza place.
