I rated the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4. I recommend trying the mashed potatoes. I'm not certain if they accommodate dietary restrictions.

The coating was perfectly crispy, and the chicken was still hot when we got back to our motel room. I really enjoyed the country gravy dipping sauce; I could have easily eaten it on its own. I just wish we had a place like this back home! Service: Takeout.

I placed my order between 8 and 8:30 PM, and unfortunately, the cole slaw was dry—just plain cabbage with no dressing. The bone-in chicken, which is usually juicy, was also dry. The mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a package or were instant. I was really disappointed, and for $58, I feel like I got ripped off. I won't be returning for a while.

He told us his manager told him to close the location but he said he would handle it because he hated to close. He asked for our patience while he cooked the food and assisted other customers. Great customer service, great attitude and food was hot and delicious. Very impressed! Service: Takeaway
