We expected it to be open and serving until the stated closing time of 7pm.

We always stop at this Starbucks on the A12 when travelling towards London, probably around once a month. The team here are excellent, Sue the manager has a won... read more We always stop at this Starbucks on the A12 when travelling towards London, probably around once a month. The team here are excellent, Sue the manager has a wonderful team. They are always friendly and helpful, they actively try to recall your preferences. In these challenging times the team have still had big smiles and are ready to help! Excelllent!

Took it back to complain and was looked at as if I had two heads and told well I didn't bake it.
