This is my go-to lunch spot whenever I’m shopping in Birmingham or elsewhere. They serve great mochas and delicious wraps. I find their avocado a bit hard for my taste, and I'm a bit disappointed that they discontinued the hot jalapeño wrap. Nevertheless, the food and drinks are still excellent.
I have visited the load here for years and I have always found the service that is of a high standard. well stocked, clean, neat and good customer service.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Nice that after a long trip I had breakfast there.
I have been visiting Pret in Selfridges for many years, and I want to highlight the fantastic team they have there. I go there regularly to eat and drink because they offer an excellent selection of gluten and wheat-free options. Their filter coffee is the best in Birmingham city center; I even take a cup to go with pouring cream for my long bus ride home from work. The employee-customer relationships here are the best I have encountered anywhere, and I have never felt overwhelmed by anyone. The team is wonderfully friendly, and they should be very proud of what they’ve accomplished. This is why I highly recommend this place!
