This was the first time we had ordered pintxos so with our very very limited Spanish and the girls very limited English we managed to have some very good food. She was very friendly and understood what we were wanting. The food was very inexpensive and very tasty especially the pie shaped potato pie, it was so creamy and delicious. Would highly recommend this place if you're in the neighbourhood.

She seemed unwilling to help and provided very little information, making the whole experience frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much higher level of service, especially from an agency that caters to expats looking for properties in Bilbao. I would not recommend this agency to anyone, particularly those unfamiliar with the local market and in need of reliable guidance.
