I had a 4-course menu, that was so good, but didn't really convince me (I love salt - but too much is too much and also with röstaromen it was well meant). I had a long waiting time before one of the walks - you had forgotten me. I also don't like to change three times in 1.5 hours in the service and if a sorbet is served as an intermediate (what I like very much) then please don't be hard. the marinated asparagus in dessert? was mainly sweet. simply from everything to much.

We had stea... read more After calling ahead, we were able to get a table and food at short notice for 9:30 pm (it's great that the kitchen's opening hours are also listed). We had steak, which was sensational, and I can't remember when or if I've ever eaten a better steak: very tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked slightly more than medium. The sauce and side dishes were just as good as the meat. Our second main course was the Wiener Schnitzel, which was very good (we swapped dishes halfway through because of the excellent steak). For drinks, we opted for gin and tonic, beer, and house wine as aperitifs. There's a wide selection of wines, so everyone should find something to their liking. The service was very friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable. The prices are ambitious, but you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the excellent preparation, and we found them to be justified. At the time of our (late) visit, the ambiance was sophisticated and quiet. It's so nice to sit in a comfortable chair. We're already looking forward to our next visit, and hopefully we'll stay at Klötzers again.

(Right after Christmas we felt that this was the right thing to do. The food and the rosé sparkling were very delicious and of supreme quality, the service was so attentive and decent we really, really enjoyed our evening a lot. Thank you so much, Team Klötzer!
