Most of the time, when you finally receive your order, it's either incorrect or only lukewarm at best. I've started driving to Kenansville or Richlands whenever I crave McDonald's, or I've chosen to eat at a completely different restaurant instead.

I 've been coming to this McDonalds for years and I have to say that it is the worst-staffed McDonalds I have ever visited (and I 've traveled a lot both domest... read more I 've been coming to this McDonalds for years and I have to say that it is the worst-staffed McDonalds I have ever visited (and I 've traveled a lot both domestically and internationally). Although you might occasionally find someone there that actually cares about the customers, a large majority of the time you 're faced with rude attitudes and just an overall lack of care for customer satisfaction. The only reason I still go here is because it is the only McDonalds in my area, but I have learned to check my bag EVERY SINGLE TIME before leaving the window. Through years of visiting this establishment, I 'd estimate that they get my order wrong at least 80% of the time. About half of the time I get my bag of food shoved through the window with not even so much as a thank you , sometimes they don 't even look my way when handing my food. Not only that, but one thing in particular is their McCafe drinks. They are NEVER mixed properly...especially the iced coffees. These people are incapable of make a proper iced coffee. I finally stopped ordering them because the mix is never right, it just tastes like pure cold coffee with no flavor or sweetener. I 'm not even going to speak about the mobile order. If you think you will skip the wait by placing a mobile order, think again! Expect a long wait ending with you eventually walking into the store and asking where your food is. So, here is my suggestion. If you live in the area and don 't want to drive 20 minutes to the next McDonald 's, then make sure you check you bag BEFORE you leave the window. If you 're traveling on Hwy 24, then do yourself a favor and drive right by this place. Go on to Richlands (or stop by Richlands before getting to Beulaville) and get your food there. You will have a completely different experience. Your order is much more likely to be correct and you will encounter pleasant and friendly staff. It 's obvious that the franchise owner of this McDonald 's simply doesn 't give a damn about customer service or else they would hire people who actually care about the quality of their work. But it has been like this for many years now and I don 't expect it will ever change.

First time I had ordered two cheeseburgers (Thats it, just burgers! and receivedjust a set of buns in a wrapper, nothing on the buns either! This most recent time (8/7/22 I went in for two doublecheeseburgers, a mocha frappe, and a sweet tea. I waited over 45 minutes for my food. 45 MINUTES. In which I didn 't end up withmy whole order because their frappe machine was down (during a dinner rush? sure yeah totally . so 45 minutes for 2cheeseburgers and a sweet tea. On top of that every other customer that came in after me was getting their food before me. Andalso on top of that the manager on duty was being extremely rude and hostile to customers who were just trying to order theirfood. This store needs to be either shut down or restaffed.

I have an autoimmune disorder so it causes my nose to be red. (Rosacea) I?m very self conscious about it. He goes ?it always lookslike you have a cold when you come here? when I told him it?s an autoimmune disorder he butts back saying ?still looks like youhave a cold? very rude. Good to know that workers like to make fun of people with disabilities. Very unprofessional. I reallydon?t want to go back but my kids love their cinnamon rolls too much. Hopefully he won?t comment on someone else?s disability orconditions.
