Bosque Brewery in Bernalillo has a wonderful atmosphere and stunning views from their patio. They are launching a brunch menu, and several of us tried the avocado toast, which was fantastic—especially with a bit of hot sauce for those who enjoy some spice. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The fruit basket beer, a blend of cider and IPA, was a big hit with our group. Make sure to check this place out! View all feedback.
What Joseph T doesn't like about Bosque Brewing:
We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited for more than an hour and a half for our food, and when it finally arrived, it seemed hastily assembled, as if they were just trying to get the dishes out quickly. Our server initially provided good service, but then became less attentive. I requested to have my bill split, and while he did bring it back divided, another staff member processed it incorre... Stopped in Sunday after golf at the nearby Santa Ana course, for some supper and a beer. Food and beverage was good. Service was prompt. The amount of dirty dishes on every empty surface was off putting, as was unattended upstairs bar piled with dirty glasses. The entire length of the tables on the upstairs enclosed porch was covered with dirty dishes as was the upstairs bartop. Having to eat while being surrounded by uncleared tables was definitely not very appetizing.
The beer list is surprisingly really short for a brewery. 3 beer max, even though the pale ale has as much as a Coors lite. They only allow dogs on the patio, even in the winter. We haven't tried the food but they don't serve anything vegan. Service was great and the view of the mountains only reason they get 3 Since Natasha had to attempt to invalidate my initial review, it's down to 2 stars and I certainly won't be back. (6 beer choices in my opinion is a short list, there are places in NM that have a kitchen and allow dogs, and I've been to breweries all over NM, never seen a 3 beer limit but OK)
Stopped in for a quick bite and drink. Great atmosphere, scenic view, impeccable service. Would definitely come back for a full meal and drinks.
Pretzel bites were good. Elephants on parade beer is delicious and environment is chill. Good place to stop and have a beer. Plenty of TVs to watch games they have a upstairs seating area and has views of the brewery itself. Staff was pleasant and service was good.

Our server initially provided good service, but then became less attentive. I requested to have my bill split, and while he did bring it back divided, another staff member processed it incorrectly and charged us the full amount. Overall, we were not impressed. This was our second visit, and we hoped for an improvement, but we were disappointed once again. We won’t be coming back.
