Only with mama it tastes better! to start I find the small starter canapés with wodka super. then the layered salat (селедка под шубой), then zhul’en and to the dessert vareniki with sour cherry and greasy.

Is mainly visited by Russian speaking guests, we had the pleasure of experiencing an evening program with the "trio scho". the word "nastrovje" is often used, especially in life music. since the house was fully occupied to the last places had the service to do, to eat all guests and to bring drinks. that is local but totally rustic, cozy and the Russian food is excellent. cultural tax per person € 3,- .for no entry in life music. when I get back to berlin, I want to go back to all of them.

I love Voland Cafe for its yummy and authentic Russian food as well as for its selection of Berlin’s finest Russian singers and bands performing right next to you while dining. Just like in Russia you order your 100 grams of Vodka and toast to your friends, while some Russian band is playing Russian folklore songs on Voland’s little stage right next to you.

Authentic food, Russian staff and excellent service. Most nights live music. Truly amazing!!! I highly recommend Voland, we have been back since several times
