Excellent selection of French cheese. In addition to the possibility of shopping at home, you can also assemble a cheese plate on site. There is a small selection (also French) of wines. I always like to come here, not least because of the friendly owner. View all feedback.

La Cheeserie not only has a wide range of cheeses, but also sausage, pastries and wine. I have always been kindly advised and will go more often.

This is another of my favourite places in Berlin, and due to a large group of cheese loving friends I must have been there at least 10 times by now. It's a tiny place tucked away in Lychener str, which serves food on the premises, as well as offering a delicatessen counter of various cheeses. Apparently most of the cheeses are craft cheeses, sourced from small family farms- mainly in French as the owners are French. The place is small and simple- but it is well worth stopping in for some food to have there. The cheese and cold cut plates are great, plus very good value- as you can have them for one or two, and including a wine or softdrink. The guys running the shop are also fairly flexible if there is something you don't like- so if you have an aversion to goat's cheese- do not fear, they are happy to accommodate you! In the colder part of the year, the hot cheese options are wonderful, and include fondue (my favourite is the classical but there are three different options), mont d'or and raclette. All the hot options have to be ordered a day before- so do give them a call. The quality is fantastic and portions are good. The only small minus point is that the place sometimes closes early- around 9ish, so it has happened that I have arrived with a craving for a cheese plate and then having to leave very sad and unsatisfied! But generally a wonderful place! Wine is also good and the guys are happy to help with suggestions. If they would get some nice, high quality chocolate for dessert- my happiness would be complete!

This place is a little slice of heaven in Berlin... by far the best cheese board both my partner and I have ever experienced. You really can't fault the place, the service, food and wine, it's just exceptional. If you love cheese, I can't stress how much you need to go here! By far one of our favourite finds among all of our travels
