Racha Cafe can be a bit tricky to locate on Telegraph. If you don’t specifically look for it, you might easily miss it. The restaurant offers delicious Thai cuisine that many of my friends enjoy, and I found the food to be quite flavorful. However, I was a bit let down by the portion sizes. My son and I were the first customers of the day, and we received a warm welcome right away. They even asked if we wanted to hear about the daily specials. I absolutely love this place and visit frequently; it never disappoints. The food was delicious and served quickly. I highly recommend it to everyone!
This restaurant is quick, affordable, and absolutely delicious! It's definitely my favorite Thai spot in Berkeley. I highly recommend the pineapple fried rice and any of the rice dishes!

I gave a sigh to see that they've raised prices and shrunk portion sizes down from when I was a student a few years back, but the beef pad kee mao still tastes as delicious as I remember it. Be forewarned that it IS a little spicy and rather oily. When I'm not feeling the flavorsome spice bomb, I spring for the beef pad see ew (a milder affair with broccoli, eggs, and a savory soy sauce base) instead! Both are supremely tasty!
Great food, large quantities, and not too expensive considering the area. Probably the best deal in town with a great selection of items. I ordered the tom yum noodle soup with rice noodles and it was AMAZING the staff was super nice too I highly recommend stopping here for food if you are in town!
