The burgers were great! However, I am not sure about the idea of taking a pencil and ticking boxes on a piece of paper to create the order to then have the waiter go back through the order to make sure we had filled it in correctly, even more pointless when the waiter stands there whilst we were going through the ticking of the boxes in the first place.. It would be so much easier if the waiter just took the order in the first place and it would save a great deal of time....especially when you are hungry for a burger : The staff are great and did their best and we really enjoyed the burgers. Would definitely go back again.

Be aware during the day there are children but the smiling waiters and delicious burgers are worth the extra noise. Was walking outside the tourist path and fell upon this gem. Was not disappointed. Tasty delicious fresh well cooked.

I had read a couple of reviews about this place before a recent trip to Lisbon and since it was only a 5 min walk from our hotel we decided to give it a go.The staff were great and explained how the menu worked and then gave us the English version and plenty of time to make our minds up.On our first visit we decided on the ready made recommendations and were not disappointed. Really tasty burgers which were as fresh as can be, and served on delicious brioche buns and with superb french fries. On our next trip we had a go and used the tick boxes on the menu to create our own burgers, which were just as delicious as the first time,but with our own little twists. Once again the 3 guys on duty helped with our choices and were so cheerful and helpful ,and didn 't mind having to keep us right.A good choice of super fresh burgers, nice drink selections and friendly staff make for a place worth seeking out.

It is a family friendly restaurant. Kids love it. Service is good and fast. Burgers are good, not excellent, but tasty.
