The manager Casey is unbelievably rude. Has zero customer service skills. Want to be contacted by a general manager or someone above him. This person needs to be let go. If this is the kind of service we are going to receive in this community I guess we just won’t be coming to see the y’all anymore.
Just a heads-up: be prepared for long wait times, usually between 15 to 30 minutes or even longer if they’re busy. This location struggles to handle larger orders efficiently, so I recommend using their app to place a pre-order online. I've also experienced situations where they forgot about me in the drive-thru. On top of that, they often run out of menu items, so it’s essential to double-check your order before leaving. Many of the staff don't seem particularly concerned about whether your order is correct. Overall, this location can be quite hit or miss.
