The broccoli cheddar soup was sour. I go to thundercloud (central) often and this location did not do a good job in comparison...

I encountered poor service during my visit. There were only two employees working, and I was greeted with less attention than other customers. When I mentioned... read more I encountered poor service during my visit. There were only two employees working, and I was greeted with less attention than other customers. When I mentioned that I wanted to place a new order, there was obvious frustration, even though I was the only one in the building at the time. Two more customers came in and received greetings and more attention while I waited for my order. After standing there for five minutes, watching the employee prioritize online orders over me, I decided to leave. It seems that in-person customers should take priority over online orders.
