Took 20 minutes to get men... read more Was pleased to book a table outside on a Sunday evening for 20h for five of us. Very busy and only the owner and two helpers outside. Took 20 minutes to get menus and order water. Ordering a bottle of wine took another twenty minutes. Starter after an hour. The waitress politely informed us that others were also waiting and they were doing the best they could with the staff available. Given other comments on TA they are obviously understaffed often. We skipped coffees after the three course menu took 2:30.The food is good, no complaints. Fair price but not exceptional. I recommend other restaurants before l'escapade, notably Lily et Paul and a la Table.

I'm gonna go... read more Today after a visit to the tour of the france, we wanted to eat on camping. Unfortunately, the restaurant was full, so we're going to be dominate. I'm gonna go to I'escapade first, because this is by-far's the best restaurant in town. Fortunately, there was one more table available. Another delicious meal. The serve is super kind and the cook stops so much love and passion in the dishes, you see that when the dishes are served and that's what you taste. I travel a lot but there are only so many restaurants in this level. We had the menu gourmand and as extra cheese. Delicious. You can't go to bed and not at least Eating 1x at I'escapade.
