What J doesn't like about Captain's Grill And Restobar:
Place is horrible. You cant even hear yourself talk when The band is too loud. The seats are placed outside the parking area. Dirty. Too many beggars. No free wiffi when clearly there is one. there are other places you would rather be than this poor so called grill and restobar. No grill, Only alcohol with too many minors as customers. Great food. We had tinolang native na manok! There was a little smell coming from the river or sewer. Other than that, the place is great.
