You don’t call a meal Mexican just by adding a teaspoon of beans, a tablespoon of salsa and sour cream and half of avocado. I was expecting to have more beans than potatoes on myplate. However I did not get the bottle of water or English muffin that was part of my order. I went back inside to get it, after waiting 15+ min for abottle of water and english muffin I asked if it was ready yet. Finally got back to my car to realize that the English muffinwas not even buttered. So I waited 15+ min for a bottle of water and a dry English muffin. Not impressed.

I have to mention that our waitress was one of the best I've ever encountered; she truly was a breath of fresh air. Although we didn’t catch her name, she mentioned she was returning to university and hailed from Neguac. They will definitely miss her, as she was delightful. The restaurant was packed, yet not a single employee seemed overwhelmed; they all looked happy to be there. The place was spotless, including the restrooms. Kudos to the owners and management for doing everything right! We will gladly make the short drive from Miramichi again and will be sure to recommend this spot to others!

She understands the quality and consistency of the brunch connoisseur. Well done on the right variety. Id suggest a Greek Omellete as a suggestion and or a Greek Skillet for those who enjoy milder pallets. Perhaps a Greek Olive oil with greek yogurt and greek Feta with Greek Olives and greek side salad. Aside from that AmAaZiNg
