Food was average, fries too salty to eat, music so loud we had difficulty hearing the young man taking our order. It was after the typical lunch rush, 2:30 on a... read more Food was average, fries too salty to eat, music so loud we had difficulty hearing the young man taking our order. It was after the typical lunch rush, 2:30 on a Wednesday and 3 customers finishing up, the five employees were more concerned with talkingthan having cleaned a single table, or the messy floor under several of them. When asked if someone could clean one he wiped thesoda machine before heading to the filthiest table and wipe it down with a napkin. I commented about what he was washing it withand told disinfectant, not that we would have known since it was only a wet napkin. When I commented he said well you don 'thave to eat here ... guess what.... this was the company 's third chance... strike strike strike... DONE AND NEVER AGAIN. BTW- the restroom was just as filthy. This was at the location in Batavia NY

Watching him work with other customers makes me think he loves his job, and he genuinely cares. Take care of this kid guys. Edit: there are two with long hair and a nosepiercing, the one I?m taking about is shorter and has MUCH longer hair.
