Waited to be sat down then waited for our menus then waited for drinks in fact there was a lot of waiting around.Only time the waitress was attentive was when it was time for the bill and she was quite clear in saying the tip was NOT included. Over two hours in here for a Pizza and a coffee so only go if you have plenty of time.

Definitely no dramas and more a 'local' than a touristy place. Wait staff often have limited English (but I have no German, Swiss or French!) but that has never stopped good service and good food.
