If you're eating outside, you are given a knife and fork and napkin to take to your table and the staff will bring your food to you. It's a pleasant courtyard in good weather, but the self-service aspect is disappointing, particularly as the prices are no less Swiss than anywhere else!

Inside, the place is filled with rustic wooden tables and chairs and a few high stools at the window. The young lady working was welcoming, friendly and smiling during my transaction. There are newspapers, and an overall mellow spot to catch up on some reading. No Wi-Fi and spotless restrooms. Place your order and pay at the counter, then wait for your beverage to be prepared. I ordered an oat milk hot chocolate (5.50CHF), which was served with a packaged biscuit. A very nice, smooth beverage.
