I called to place an order at this restaurant and unfortunately, most of the items I wanted were not available. It was disappointing to see that the menu was not accurate. The few items that were available did not seem to be made fresh, but I decided to try them anyway. Unfortunately, most of what was delivered ended up being thrown away, including the unappetizing potato latkes. I would not recommend this deli based on my negative experience.
I had the pleasure of working with Moishe from the beginning. He walked me through the standard celebration package, explaining all the choices and options for upgrades such as drinks packages and different dishes. He initially met with my husband and me, and later with the bride and groom as well as the mothers. Moishe provided guidance on timing and menu card printing. Whenever I reached out to him via email or text, he responded promptly. I provided him with guest numbers, seating arrangements, and dietary restrictions close to the wedding date, but there were some last minute changes. Any changes to the table arrangements on the day of the wedding were handled efficiently and professionally without any issues. The food was delicious, plentiful, and beautifully presented. The guests had nothing but praise for it.
The people in London must have low standards to rate this place above 1. After searching all over Golders Green for a good delicatessen, I ended up at this place. The staff seemed unhappy and the food was not fresh. They heat everything up in the microwave, so the chicken, fish, and potatoes all tasted like bland rubber. They did replace my meal when I complained, but it was still rubbery. I come from New York and this delicatessen would not last long in the Big Apple.
Had an amazing Friday night and Shabbat lunch at this place with the family Food and service was great
