The service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff were rude and unapologetic. I ordered the 3 meal deal but only received 2 meals and 3 drinks. When I brought this to the manager's attention, instead of apologizing, she insisted I come back with my receipt to collect the missing item. It was a 20 minute drive with heavy traffic at 6pm. To make matters worse, they had not given me a receipt in the first place. When I asked if they could deliver the missing item, the manager refused. I had paid for my meal but did not receive it, and was met with rude replies from the staff. I will be filing a complaint with the head office. They should always provide a receipt, apologize for mistakes, and compensate customers for their errors. The staff at this restaurant clearly need training. I would recommend avoiding this place if possible.
Avoid ordering online from KFC leytonstone. Any issues that come up KFC staff take no responsibility. Very unhelpful staff. No going above and beyond for customers here. Only interested inhaling your money.
The food was terrible, overpriced, and the service was awful. The portions were small for the high prices, and the food lacked flavor. Even after spending nearly £22 for two people, we were still hungry. The portions were very small, and the fries were very unappetizing.
KFC offers quick and friendly service that is open late, until 2am. The restaurant is authentic and not a "Southern" version.
