This Costa branch is like many others, with a small seating area. It's okay, but nothing special to mention.
I have been a customer at Costa for over 10 years. When I asked for the code to use the toilet, the staff member refused to give it to me and instead told me I had to buy a coffee. Even though she knows that I am a regular customer.
The restaurant always has a blocked pipe that emits a foul odor, and there is an elderly employee who seems out of place at Costa. She never brushes her hair or teeth.
Go here most days for my coffee, there's a lovely young girl and guy who work there, not sure of their names. but I went today and the older lady with the black hair was very rude when she got my order wrong, and then made me a disgusting drink. won't be going here anymore :
