A special thanks to Alessia at the front desk, who demonstrated rare professionalism and kindness: even though the front desk closed at 11:00 PM, she waited until almost midnight to ensure I could check in without a problem. Treatments like this really make a difference and show how much they care about their guests. Highly recommended hotel—I'll definitely be back!
