Furna - Barcelos

I bought 1 chicken and 1/2 fried potatoes. The chicken itself is OK, not a great flavour, neither a wonderful taste. The potatoes were pretty bad, no flavour, no salt, hard potatoes, no crisp. I asked for a 1/2 dose but it appeared a 1/4 dose.

Typical Portuguese fare on the Camino. We had the BBQ chicken which was excellent!! Fast food option downstairs with restaurant upstairs.

Great value for this restaurant, local simple but fresh food. Very friendly staff, service was quick and good. The olives were delicious, portions were very reasonable. Don't get discouraged by the decoration of the place, we will certainly repeat if we are around Barcelos and I recommend it.

Great food , nice mood , portuguese food served pretty nice , great prices for the quality , everything fresh . Overall a great restaurant

Best Barbecue chicken in the city, if you 're eating at the restaurant you have plenty of choice from meat to fish and they also have some good specialties, as in Furna 's Codfish. it isnt expensive but it isnt gourmet either, a nice solution to eat...at lunch or dinner, alone or with friends and family.
