No quarto a TV não funcionava um canal mesmo tendo pago por ela e o chuveiro não esquenta muito, estava frio o dia que passei lá, no corredor ouve-se muito barulho, hóspedes que chegam tarde bagunçando, não existe nenhum tipo de orientação sobre barulho em determinadas horas, espera-se que as pessoas respeitem porém a maioria faz bagunça. O café da manhã por outro lado é bom bastante variedade.

Se você é uma pessoa que preza pelo seu sono e tem o sono leve, este local não é o indicado. Tive o azar de nas datas que fiquei neste hotel também se hospedaram gente totalmente sem educação que fizeram arruaça na madrugada. A acústica é péssima e você ouve tudo que acontece no corredor. Hóspedes na vadiagem batendo nas portas dos colegas, outros que chegam de eventos na cidade e o filho corre e chora livremente nos corredores na alta madrugada. Hóspede que perde a chave e o hotel fica tentando achar uma reserva pra abrir e você ouvindo. Se você conseguir dormir com isso já tá no lucro. O café da manhã é excelente, os funcionários no geral atenciosos, mas o sossego dos hóspedes sinceramente não é uma prioridade ali. Falharam em orientar os clientes mal educados e a acústica do local definitivamente não ajuda.
