The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is spacious and beautiful.

They ha... read more During the COVID period, this Sizzler location stayed open by setting up a tent in the parking lot, and the food quality remained consistent throughout. They have since returned to normal operations. Like many other restaurants, prices have increased, and as of this review, a 3.5% surcharge is added to each bill. I have always been impressed by their salad bar, both for its variety and cleanliness. However, it's puzzling that a chain known for its grilled steaks offers a surprisingly limited selection of meat cuts. Regardless of your personal taste, you can’t go wrong with this place. Sizzler Banning comes highly recommended.

The salad bar was okay, though the Thousand Island dressing was far too thick. I ordered a well-done steak, but it arrived still bleeding in spots. We also tried the unlimited shrimp, but there was an excessive amount of batter on the shrimp. At the salad bar, they only provided one plate and one bowl per person, which made it unclear how they expected us to get seconds—did they want us to reuse dirty dishes? Lastly, the desserts were mostly decent, but the fruit was mushy. I've been to other Sizzler locations, and this one is by far the worst.

The cashier was very polite, and our server, D.J., was fantastic.... read more I visited this Sizzler for the first time in Banning, CA, and it was an excellent experience. The cashier was very polite, and our server, D.J., was fantastic. He served us incredibly quickly; we couldn't help but watch him while we enjoyed our dinner. It was a pleasure to see him in action; he never stopped moving! The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this Sizzler!
