The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather️, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. I highly recommend trying their seafood platter it was fresh, flavorful, and simply amazing. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Patio 23 and would definitely return the next time I'm in Goa Food: 5
