I noticed that the sauce was half the size of what I received yesterday—I even compared it to the leftover tub from my previous order. When I called to address this, they promised to deliver the naan to me, but it's now been 32 minutes and I'm still waiting. The meat is stone cold and going to waste. I won't be returning. Eventually, they sent me a slice of chocolate cake along with the naan, but that arrived 46 minutes after my original call, by which point the kebab was inedible.

We moved house but stayed local to bacup and ordered from mama Arifa quite a lot and never had a bad experience. We stopped eating out for a couple months but decided to order some food tonight while we was going to the shop to save time once getting home. I honestly can say tonight reminded me why we chose to eat from there because again they haven’t failed at provided great food. We collected it but was offered delivery if we wanted to go home instead of waiting. The driver is such a genuine nice person which I think is the owner.
